Khidki is a one-person art studio, not a data business. This page explains what is collected, why, and how to have it removed.

Who is responsible for your data
Khidki is the studio name of Saudamini Jena, an individual artist based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. Khidki is not a registered company, so the person responsible for your information is me, personally.
For any question about your personal information, write to saudamini@mykhidki.com. A postal address is available on request.
What is collected
Information you give me
- Enquiry forms: your name, email address, and whatever you choose to write in the message, along with the artwork, size and framing options you selected.
- Phone or WhatsApp number, if you provide one, so that I can reply the way you prefer.
- Order and delivery details: shipping address and contact number, needed to get the artwork to you.
Information collected automatically
This site is a set of static pages. It does not set advertising cookies and does not build a profile of you. Your browser sends the hosting provider standard technical information — IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time — which is kept in short-lived server logs used only for security and for diagnosing faults.
Some artwork pages remember small preferences (for example, which works you have saved) in your browser's local storage. That information stays on your own device and is never transmitted to me.
Why it is used
- To answer your enquiry and discuss a purchase.
- To process, pack and ship an order, and to send order updates.
- To keep basic records of sales as required by Indian tax and accounting law.
- To send occasional studio updates — only if you have explicitly asked for them.
Your information is never sold, rented, or shared for advertising. There is no third-party marketing list.
Who else sees it
Only the services needed to actually run the studio:

Information may also be disclosed where the law requires it.
How long it is kept
- Enquiries that do not become orders: deleted within 12 months.
- Order records: retained for 8 years, in line with the record-keeping period expected for income tax in India.
Your rights
You can ask me at any time to:
- tell you what information about you I hold;
- correct anything that is wrong;
- delete your information, where I am not legally required to keep it;
- stop contacting you.
Email saudamini@mykhidki.com and I will respond within 30 days. There is no charge.
Artwork images on this site
Every artwork here is drawn digitally, which makes the source file the valuable thing. The images published on this site are reduced-resolution versions intended for viewing on screen. Full-resolution files are never published, never sold, and are shared only with the print studio that produces your order. All artwork remains the copyright of Saudamini Jena; see the Terms & Conditions.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 18, and I do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent me personal information, write to me and I will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes in a way that affects you, the date at the top of this page will change with it. Material changes — such as adding a payment provider or analytics — will be reflected here before they go live.
